Contract Inactive message

Do you see the pop-up Contract Inactive?

This pop-up does appear when a reservation will be made while the contract is expired or not signed yet.

As hotel contact, please navigate to our hotel portal - Contracts. (portal.shuttlesub.com)

In the contract section you find all contracts assigned for your dedicated hotel. Making new reservations are disabled when there is no active contract.

You can recognize an active contract with the text 'Signed'
